Poor Service from Nedbank Woodmead Branch

Poor service received from Nedbank Woodmead Branch. I have been there 3 times to renew my card but they failed to issue me a new card. Today I went there to get my profile reset and had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The teller who was attending to me was very biased and unfriendly. FNB has a much better service.
