Poor service from Nedbank - They don't care about their clients

I am being charged withdrawal fees since November 2018 on a monthly basis. This is in error as I pay a monthly fee for my account with Nedbank which includes 4 withdrawals. I have brought this issue to the attention of Nedbank on numerous occasions however all they do is reverse the charges. They have not made an effort to resolve this issue. Very poor service from Nedbank considering I have been their client for 10 years.
