Poor service from Nedbank Insurance

Would not recommend Nedbank Insurance, claim submitted on Friday afternoon at 6PM, on the Monday afternoon at 1PM, still no person contacted from Nedbank has been in contact with us, this while a car is stuck under a fallen carport. After 4 phone calls to Nedbank between 8AM and 1PM, still no one has attended to an inspection and the claims handler is unreachable.
