Poor service from Nedbank Insurance

I have a broken geyser which was reported yesterday and it is still not working after you sent out a company calle Pro Plumb to come fix the problem. My Insurance claim no C*** refers. We have a 5 months baby in the house and without warm water it is a big problem. I have been a Nedbank client since 2004. Come on please assist here!
