Poor service from Nedbank home insurance

I submitted a claim on Friday 03 October 2025 regarding power outage at my house. Nedbank insurance sent out an assessor after hours to assess the damage only to tell me my claim would be evaluated on Monday because their electrical department does not work on weekends. On my their policy wording they didn't stipulate that electrical emergency is not attended to over the weekend. The call centre agent has the nerve to tell me if I'm in a hurry I must get my own electrician and claim a refund, as if one has money lying around to pay the electrician. What is the point of having an insurance if you cannot claim when needed. Nedbank home insurance the worse insurance.
