Poor service from Nedbank froud department

I have bad experience with nedbank, I was ****med My money on Saturday, I called froud department regarding my issue, they promised to call me wen they r still busy with my case, right now same people who took my money they still have access on my account and still trying to withdraw from my account, and that cost me with bank charges, how can u wait for 48 weeks without ur money being reversed, and they have access to reverse it, nedbank they don't know how to keep clients
