Poor service from nedbank ***** department

Real didn't want to take this here but after 4 months of sending follow up mails with no reply even after cantacting my banker I had no choice but to turn here. I downloaded the money app for banking after downloading it 2 transactions took place one night from car hire at that point all.car hire dealers where closed because of lock down I went to nedbank on.carletonvile they gave me a number to call which i did a guy by the name I Gregory answered sent me a form to fill and send back to him which I did then after that nothing quite no follow up or a call to inform me that they are investigating nothing till I sent him a mail after 3 months his answer was my case is with Busi. Then that was it nothing else sent a mail again asking about my.case no.reply from him sent a mail to my banker Ithumeleng lebhete no reply as well so am hoping that some one will look at this and assist me .
