Poor Service from Nedbank

On 7 April 2025, I queued at Nedbank via email as I could not register a recipient on the "internet bank" system. I need to pay my mother, a pensioner who only receives a pension from the Government. Before the above query, Nedbank charged me R200 to pay my Discover Health Debit Order on my behalf, as their system could not load a recipient, and I needed to make the payment urgently. On 9 April 2025, the client service manager, Leesha Padiachi, acknowledged my query and advised me that Nedbank, I quote, "It can take up to 21 days to resolve a complaint. But we will ensure that we reach a resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible. If we need a bit more time due to the complexity of the complaint or external dependencies, we will update you regularly." On 15 April 2025, Leesha Padiachi responded that they have escalated my query to their Ballito Branch in KwaZulu-Natal. On 17 April 2025, I requested an update, but had no response from Nedbank. On 25 April 2025, I advised Nedbank that I am still awaiting their response. On 5 May 2025, I advised Nedbank that their 21 days to complete a customer's query had expired, but they did not respond. On 6 May 2025, I advised them that I would report their poor service to "Hellopeter", but this did not worry them, as I received no response. On 7 May 2025, I advised them that they did not want to provide me with a service to answer my query. On 7 May 205, I managed to contact Fazeela Ibrahim from their Private Banking Sector. She responded and advised that they could not help me but had sent my query to the Branch Manager of the Ballito Branch. On 9 May 2025, I advised Nedbank that I would report this matter to Hellopeter, as they do not care about giving their clients customer service. This is where I sit now, where Nedbank does not want to assist me.

Nedbank still hasn't sorted out my query. They don't seem to care if they provide a service or not. The CEO of Nedbank needs to be made aware of the poor service their clients are receiving.

Okay, it has taken Nedbank 1 month and 13 Days to sort out my problem, which could have taken 2 days if they had app**** customer service and urgency.
