POOR SERVICE FROM NEDBANK DEBT REVIEW CENTRE

Nedbank Debt Review Department I'm disappointed in the level of service from Nedbank Debt Review Department. I called them on 8 December 2022 to find out the balance on my loan since they are no longer sending me statements. They advised that my account is in credit and paid up so I asked for a refund and a paid up letter. Upon my request they advised that I need to send proof of my banking account which I sent moments after the call. To date, when I call in my calls are dropped and I still don't have feedback on my request.
