Poor service from NedBank card division At its best

I have been a Nedbank cleiant for over 25yearsNEVER have i expereianced such poor service fron Nedbank card divission!! My cards will expire today 31-10-2022 ,I have still not received my replacement cards till now. DSV made an appointment which they never kept or arrived till now I have been in contact with My banker from the Eastgate branch advising them what the situation is over two weeks back, She advised me that Adell would be sorting things out This has not happened. I have a sub-Amex card which expired on 30 August 2022 This has not been replaced either by the Clairmond Nedbank cape town !!!! I feel I have no option but to move to a more efficient bank that offers personalised service.
