Poor service from Nedbank

We recieved a credit card tow months ago from Nedbank East London. We used the card once and then it was blocked. It was discovered that there is a problem with the chip on the card. We went to the bank twice already without any results. They've ordered a new card twive, but we are still waiting. It's been two months now and this is still not sorted out and we still cannot use the card. We are very disappointed in Nedbank.
