POOR SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

I reported a ***** cases, got a reference number. Phoned Nedbank, I was put throught 4 times, to the wrong dept, and at the end I was holding on for 10 minutes, nobody came back to me. Very disscusted in the service I got from Nedbank, I was with Capitec and never ever did this happens to me. Please people think before you move over to Nedbank,
