Poor service from Nedbank

I transferred R25000 from my Capitec Bank savings account to my Nedbank Mi Goals account on the 1st of June 2025. My Nedbank Mi Goals account was suspended on the same day. I went to the Florida branch to enquire why my Nedbank Mi Goals account was suspended and a lady gave me a Forensic department number to call. I called it several times and different consultants took me from pillar to post. Other consultants eventually advised me to send an affidavit and statements from Capitec and Nedbank. I sent emails on the 21st of June 2025, 19 July 2025 and 21st of October 2025, but I have not received any response. I called the call centre several times and the consultants were not helpful. I went to the Clearwater Mall branch on the 25th of October 2025 and a consultant informed me that she will follow up with Johan (Forensic department manager) on the 27th of October 2025 and call me back on the same day, but she did not call me.

The worse part is that I lost a lot money (more than R560000) on an investment scheme (Astrazenecaglobal.xyz) which used various bank accounts from Nedbank. I honestly thought it was legit. I found out it was **** after I had invested the money. I am overindebted now and want my money back.
