Poor Service from Nedbank

I paid plus minus R100k outstanding balance and I was told my record will be updated. I requested proof that a request has been sent to ITC and to this day it has not been sent. I requested Maodi Inc to follow up and CC me on the mail, they did and still I did not get any update. Maodi Inc threatened to take legal action against me if I did not pay, I did and the only thing Nedbank had to do was update my ITC record and to this day it's still not updated and no feedback is coming from Nedbank.
