Poor service from Nedbank

We issued instructions for our fixed deposit which was due to mature on 21st May 2023. The funds were due to be paid over to our account at another institution this never happened in spite of two follow ups E mail got branch manager, a phone call to him and personal visit to the branch 7 days later still no funds have been transferred to our account. As a result of the poor service on previous occasions it was decided to close all our accounts. Nedbank has failed badly think twice before you open any accounts with them.
