Poor service from FNB

FNB business banking, constant sms reminders to update Fica, but you as client cannot update/edit documents?? They will call you, 3 weeks of reminders, no call.

Personal account: paying a premium of R 400 a month on banking fees as a "Private client" to talk to a voice recorder??
