Poor service from Cape Gate Business Banker

I am waiting for weeks now for my business banker of Cape Gate branch, Alma Everts to close my business account as requested. Apparently she is very busy. I will not pay another months bank charges for Nedbank that is not doing their work! I really would like Nedbank to respond and action to my complaint as this is totally unacceptable! I have already signed the form to give permission to close the account! How difficult is it for her to do the rest!?????
