Poor service form the merchant department.

I am very happy with my bank but I am not happy with the Merchant department..

Every time my pos has a problem I can never get assistance on time. Since Friday no one could assist me despite all the calls I have made.

I am really dissatisfied with this department. I am very brand conscious but at this rate I am considering YOCO or KHOKA.
