Poor service for instant service

Dear Nedbank how long does it take to reverse send e-mali funds (via app) which that failed to process. On the 27 May 2021 i sent someone money which they couldn't access and was told funds will be reversed back to my account but still now nothing in my account. They only logged case Yesterday for me ***. Please urgently resolve and can't afford to wait more days....
