Poor service for Afrikaans speaking client
On 25 February 2016 , damage was done to my fence, sliding gate and a brick wall. the electric fencing was also damaged, due to a storm and strong winds. I phoned Ned Bank Assurance to inform them.

On 25 February Ned Bank informed me that GTR Construction was appointed to my claim.Christina Ferreira asked for a quotation on the electric fence, which was done by qualified person, and e-mailed to her.
On 3 March I phoned GTR Construction which informed me that they refered the claim back to Ned Bank, because of a distance issue and ask me to contact Jenny at Ned Bank, which never informed me.
All my quieries was ignored, a lot of promises to phone me back was not done.

I was told it was because my claims was in Afrikaans that the claim was taking so long to processed.
I phoned again on 7 March and was promised by Jenny she would solve the problem. She never phoned back. I phoned again only to be told that an assessor must do the assessment first.

Another company have been appointed again. Its now 11 days without action, because I am an Afrikaans speaking person, who prefer to be attended to in my home language. No way you to treat a GOOD Afrikaans speaking client.
