Poor service

I had a credit card with nedbank years ago. Which I cancelles years ago and paid it up. I asked for it to be removed. It however was never removed and now there is a legal status on this card? Which I do not understand.

Thrn on monday I app**** for a new credit card. And the consultant said it was aproved but then she kept saying she cannot pick up my current account which I have wit nedbank for over ten years.

The service is really concerning at this stage from nedbank. I had to repeat myself for the past 3 days over and over.
