Poor service

I am very appalled by the service I have received from Nedbank . I did an online application on the money app for a card machine on the 8th of august till today I have not received my delivery as they are struggling to complete a simple manual application! I’m being referred all over the place and being told my matter has been escalated. I have had it with the useless escalations and the fact that I have to use my resources to do follow ups is infuriating me more . They don’t even deserve a single star!.
