Poor Service

Terrible experience. I pay these guys a lot of money every month towards my home loan insurance. Every time I call them I'm put on hold for about 15 minutes, I have called them repeatedly to follow up for a claim made weeks ago and still no progress. There is literally water splashing all over the house and they couldn't be bothered. The service is appalling. I'm still on hold!
