Poor service

Am a new member at nedbank so my closest branch is jabulani am here to collect my new card since i got here at 12 noon and the staff are on holiday on a monday and its 14:00 seems as if the staff was trained by different people different answers for the same question so don't come to nedbank jabulani mall poor service
