POOR SERVICE

Nedbank service is very poor. We have a club account with Nedbank , now that we want to withdraw our money they are telling us that our account is blocked but they have been accepting monthly payments from us without any fail. We went to the Brooklyn Branch yesterday , we were assisted by Dorcus ( Consultant) and Julie (Manager) who took us from pillar to post . How is it our problem that nedbank system is failing? You do not take your clients seriously, i would never recommend anyone to bank with you guys, we are also going to close our accounts with you because of poor service.
