POOR SERVICE EVER FROM NEDBANK!!!!!STOKVEL!!!!

Struggle to Withraw from our STOKVEL Acc....In 2017 we opened a Stokvel with 2 of my other friends and on Saturday we decided to go and withdraw the Money and close the account.We went on Saturday the 21st May to Olievenhoubosch (Centurion )Branch and we were told that our account has been blocked.We had to all go there with our ID's etc which we did !!!!!but then we were told again that Our Constitution is needed and had to send it to them again.I did send that before 4pm and all was confirmed.This morning at 10am we again wasted our time and visited the branch with my one friend as we were told that then only 2 members will be required to sign,and they would be busy with FICA and we would sign and get our Money...LITTLE did we know that we will be there from Morning till 3PM and had to leave as nothing was promising at all!!!We kept on being told that our request is in process with a YELLOW COLOR!!!!MEANING SOMEONE IS BUSY WORKING ON IT!!!!!NO TELEPHONE CONTACTS WITH FICA PEOPLE ONLY EMAILS AND THEY CAN ONLY SEE THE STATUS!!!!!WHAT A WORST ....*** .......WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT FROM NEDBANK!!!!!
