POOR SERVICE EVER FROM NEDBANK

App**** for a Loan with Nedbank on Tuesday (16th) and was helped by Tsenolo Mohapi.We went through all the application process ,approved and sent my Statements plus payslips as requested.Tsenolo confirmed that all was received and processed and sent to the back office on Tuesday last week.Daily after, i have been doing follow ups but unfortunately i am not getting any concrete response and no payment has been done to me either.No feedback even from Tsenolo.I logged a complaint with them but even that is not working ( REF***8 ).My number ***
