Poor service ever

Im soo disappointed with the service i got from Ayanda Dlodlo. I asked about my points joo sorry to say this i felt his drunk. He didn't even read my statement he just answered somthing that is not even relevant. And the information his giving me is not what i got from the Calm gentlemen Walter on surtday.
