Poor service

I have been requesting my paid up letter for my credit card for almost 3 weeks now no one can assist me except for the person that assisted me in closing the account who just so happens to be on leave. No one is requesting the letter from wherever it is generated i must wait for a person on leave this is just nonsensical and here i was preparing to move my main accounts to this bank no this is not on at all.
