Poor Service

I went to Nedbank Campus Square last month to request a new card, and I was given a temporary card while waiting for my Visa Card. It has been a month of no assistance and waiting for a card already charged. Today I was told that no card was loaded on my profile and I would be charged again. I will have to wait five working days for a new card. What kind of circus is this? I am not happy with this service and how I have been treated. It's appalling.
