Poor service

I have been loyal to Nedbank but is failing me,my card was swallowed by ATM and got it blocked from the app,now when I need a new one they charge me R150,but whose fault is it? Meaning that it's possible that they can purposely set ATM to swallow cards and make money out of this. I was convinced that if I finance with Nedbank MFC and open account I will get R200 cash every month and up to day,I haven't received a single cent. I apply for a house they will reject but offer me other useless credits. I don't know why I'm still with Nedbank
