Poor service

I have had the worst experience twice now with Nedbank. Tried to close an account on two different occasions. After telling me it will take 20 Min. I have spent over an hour and a half waiting. This is very unprofessional and frustrating as I informed staff member that I had a previous problem with poor assistance and actually walked out of the bank.
