Poor service

I recently opened a small trading as account for my new start up business. Followed the instructions deposited the money to activate the account. Since then it has been endless issues. The account still to this day is pending activation l, the personal banker is useless as well as the branch manager from the Northmead branch. They do nor respond to you at all in any form.

I have moneu in the account that i cannot transfer to do payments to suppliers. Great customer service nedbank
