Poor service, double standards

To whom it may concern

Today as friends we decided to go to Nedbank Festival mall to make an appointment to open a club account and lady at the door who didnt seem to be interrsted told us that applications for club account will only be effective on level 1 of the lockdown. What rattles me is the fact that my father together with his friends they were able to successfully open a club account at Nedbank Seshego branch last week.

Is every branch of Nedbank operating on its own principles whereby when they feel lazy to work they just come up with their own procedures? Aint same policies and procedures applicable across all Nedbank branches? We selected to do business with Nedbank but it seems like they aint interested. Currently what is happening in our country it looks like nedbank is not worried, maybe our business is not worth it for them.
