Poor service delivery Ncebazakhe Somtyele

I'm trying for more than 2 months to close my business account with Nedbank as I have sold my business. My business banker is not coming back to me with a solution and is declining my calls. I'm currently not in the country and it cost a fortune to call them each and every time. I hope to get a number or in contact with someone at Nedbank that still takes pride in the service that they provide.
