Poor service delivery from *********** stuff

Nedbank Key West mall Branch.....totally ***********....poor service delivery to customers am probably not the first one to complain about their service. I wanted to change my cheque account how ever i was given a run around when i got to the branch it seem like they didnt know how to help me i waited for an hour without recieving service even the people who came after me went recieved service and left me behind....i went to check if my ticket was stillon the system after an hour and i was told i would be given a new ticket and so i left.
