POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Poor poor poor service delivery!!! Quick to deduct bank charges but when dispute the charge, no feedback whatsoever!!! When asked to speak to service agent Nosipho Gasa twice, she does not care nor respond!!! This is the type of service received from Nedbank!!! Shame! We have been with Nedbank for all the years since we opened the accounts but they just don't care!!! very very very bad! will not recommend to any one! WILL MOVE MY ACCOUNTS
