Poor service

You are offered a new product and get advised the Amex cheque card will be sent to your nearest branch in 2-5 business days. 3 weeks later nothing, query with the 24/7 chat support yesterday and agent says nothing was ordered and a consultant will call me 12/02/2021. It’s the 13/02/2021 still no card and no call!
