Poor service

After a visit to Nedbank Milnerton in 29/01 to re invest an investment. We'll just say it could not be done there was various agents walking around with only one helping. So I had to do a notice and came back on 30/01 where I sat again for over 15 minutes just to hear that the system is off line. Nedbank Milnerton is like a grave yard. The employees walk so much slower than the normal person in the centre what is wrong, will take my business to Capitec!
