POOR SERVICE

Nedbank offers companies a service that they can check online if an payment has been made by a Nedbank Client to them! I made payment an EFT to a company to supplie me with goods yesterday, at around 18H00 The funds have been sent and no longer reflect in my account. The supplier has been checking since 19H00 last night till now 07H30 and it is still not reflecting on the system!!! I gave the call center a call last night and all The person could tell me that the computer knows that it is a public holiday which is why it is not showing. Nedbank Fees are one of the highest in the industry <BUT their service is the poorest in the Industrie, WERE arE the the funds sitting and WHO gets the intrest on ON ALL THE FUNDS THAT DO NOT REFLECT IN THE CLIENTS BANKS ACCOUNT???
