Poor service

I've settled my bond but I am still being charged interest. I've called the call centre on the toll free number, their systems are either slow or not showing anything. It's frustrating calling and having to wait for a length of time only to be told, I need to contact the homeloans dept. Your whatsapp chat is absolutely useless as that robot just never seems to understand .
