POOR SERVICE

I app**** for a credit card on the 18th May since then I still don't have it.. Iv called and travelled to the branch twice with no better update.. This is very disappointing as I had the best service with the loan at this very bank. THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT, AND IM LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING THE EXCUSE OF THIS POOR ACT FROM KOKSTAD BRANCH
