Poor service customer care

The service that I received from the customer care is poor. After speaking to 4 different people saying different things, I still didn't receive a statement for Jan 2019. One lady told me it already 10 years that has passed, the other said that it take 3 days to get, the other said it takes 6 days, 2 weeks has passed and I still didn't receive the statement.
