Poor Service Complaint

Nedbank Service is bad and frustrating. Their ATM did not give out my cashout withdrawal of R500 on the 29/04/2023 on their ATM situated at Checkers Sandown Road in Parklands Cape Town, the cash out was from my Account to my cellphone number, only the authorisation slip came out, but no cash and all the voucher number was correct and I have logged the complaint on the same day with full details and their consultant captured it incorrectly and I logged a complaint on the 05/05/2023 and they said they are going to investigate the matter and come back to me. Today is the 11/05/2023, I haven't payed back my money.

If it was their lost they were going to be quick on their investigation but it is a client's loss and they care less about it.
