Poor service

I paid up my credit card with nedbank and they also settled one of my creditors, all this happened on the 9th.i have been calling every day for a paid up letter and proof of payment and getting these letters is a mission. I spoke to different agents everyday and they all said it takes a day or two n today I was told that the request will take two days as it was only logged today
