Poor service

Im very disappointed in the poor service i get from nedbank legal department

I ask them to asist me in a legal matter and still no response from them in 3 months

They are very quick to deduct money from my account every month for legal protection

I PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT I NOT GETTING ANYTHING OUT OF
