Poor service

I opened a nedbank account on 2 dec 2022. First the account was fica block . The guy opening my account never submit my papers. Then it was biometrics lock he didn't do my finger print. Then i had to go back to the branch doing biometrics again. After a week now the account is open but they can't the money that was eft to the account . After numerous of calls and still nothing is happening.
