Poor service

Nedbank should get rid of Xolani Masinga working at Durban branch in Weststreet opposite Edgars, please teach this guy about customer service I sat in the queue for almost an hour, when it was my turn to to be served he decided to call the lady that just walked in. I'll never go back to Nedbank because this is not the 1st time this happen to Nedbank Branch
