Poor Service

I am very disiponted in Nedbank thet closed my account without notifying me i than went to the Nedbank Southgate branch to get assistance to reactivate my account cause my salary is due to be paid in that account the consultant simply said he cannot assist me and the account cant be reopened how is this possible i will rather close everything with Nedbank as this is totally poor service
