Poor service

Logged a complaint via the app yesterday evening 05/12/2023 for a burst Geyser. I had to phone Nedbank this morning in order for Nedbank to attend to it. Dalumi Plumbing made contact to come and see the problem. They advised that they will be at my premises at 4. Only to arrive now 18h45, to come and see ehat the problem is. How is this customer service. No hot water again for us.
